Pasta with PARSLEY-TARRAGON  PESTO SAUCE 
1/4 cup tarragon leaves
2/3 cup Italian parsley
1/4 cup Asiago cheese, grated
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 or 2 cloves of garlic
1 large shallot
black pepper
½ cup olive oil
1/2 pumpkin seeds
Put the herbs, cheese, garlic, shallot, and a few grinds of black pepper into the food processor. When everything is chopped up and combined, stream in the olive oil. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if necessary.
